If you have been losing weight you certainly know that there is no magical pill for that.It takes effort!!! Weight loss industry is full of scams and it gives promises for successes from "magical"pills.
As we all know and have read Dr. Mehmet Oz appeared before the Senate Consumer Protection panel to discuss the efficiency of some of the weight loss products that were advertised in his famous daytime talk show.

Let's face it there is no "Miracle"weight loss product. As we all know it take effort, a lot of effort!
Day to day exercise it the only cure for weight loss. But we can currently speed up our metabolism so it could burn calories faster on a natural level. Here is a list of few product that you can find in your kitchen that can give your metabolism a bust, so it can burn belly fat faster:

"It has been proven that eggs help the process of melting the fat - thus giving a feeling of fullness and reduce unnecessary consumption of additional calories later in the day" - says expert Brian Zehetner.
