You can not resist the snacks, and this begins to reflect on your line?
The solution lies in the kale chips.
Kale is an excellent source of vitamin B which is soluble in water.

Kale is rich in iron, because it is recommended for anemic people. And rich in antioxidants.

Except for salads and stews, this miraculous vegetable you can use for delicious snacks, according to the recipe of culinary blog Foodnetwork.

Ingredients:
  • 1 clove kale
  • salt
  • olive oil

Preparation:

Preheat oven to 130 degrees. Cleaned kale leaves to shred them into small pieces, three inches.
Place in baking pan, sprinkle with olive oil and salt.

Bake until the leaves become crispy, about 20 minutes.
